转基因食品伦理问题及我国转基因食品发展政策的思考

当今世界中分子生物学技术已开始在食品领域中得到广泛运用，并以转基因食品的形式出现。转基因食品是近年来生物工程技术不断发展的产物，具有广阔的开发前景。在改善食品品质的同时，转基因食品是否安全尚无定论，关于转基因食品的安全、伦理及发展还存在争议。本文就转基因食品及其伦理问题加以探讨，并通过比较我国和美国欧盟等国的基因食品发展现状，提出一些适合我国的转基因食品发展政策。
