提出在电机振动敏感截面安装多个振动传感器,组成多传感器数据采集系统。建立了电机早期振动故障诊断系统框架,包括组建多传感器采集系统、基于本征模态函数的能量熵特征提取,基于径向基函数神经网络(RBFN)的广义基本置信分配以及基于改进的Dezert-Smarandache理论(Dezert-Smarandache Theory,DSmT)的决策级融合等环节。针对D-S理论(Dempster-Shafer Theory,DST)与DSmT在解决高冲突证据融合时存在的不足,综合考虑融合证据的数量、证据本身的信任度以及各个证据之间的相互支持度,提出对各个证据进行加权赋值,然后应用DSmT的PCR4规则(比例冲突重新分配规则4)进行融合的方法。算例表明此种方法提高了可信度,更合理地分配了冲突信息,对决策结果更为有利,具有理论和实际意义。

Multi-vibration transducers were installed on sensitive sections of motor. Data acquisition system was formed. Multi-source information fusion method was used to diagnose the motor with early vibration fault symptoms. Method based on the intrinsic mode functions (IMF) energy entropy was used to extract signal's feature. Generalized basic belief assignment function was constructed on basis of RBFN outputs, Multi-source information fusion method based on improved DSmT was used to fuse different evidences and make final decision. DST and DSmT have something illogical in dealing with high conflicting evidences. A weight assignment method was adopted considering number, confidence and support level of different evidences. Proportion conflict reallocation rule 4 based on DSmT was used to fuse. Results indicate this method advanced the reliability, solve the conflict among evidences much reasonably. It has theoretical and practical value.
