Pt基金属间化合物氧还原催化剂研究进展
Research progress on Pt fund intermetallic compound oxygen reduction catalysts
质子交换膜燃料电池具有高效、清洁、无污染等优势,被广泛认为是一种有前景的新能源技术。目前碳载铂(Pt/C)催化剂是燃料电池阴极氧还原反应(ORR)的主要催化剂,对燃料和氧分子的吸附强度适中,催化性能良好。但Pt资源稀缺、易团聚失活等问题限制了它的实际应用。将Pt与过渡金属合金化是减少Pt负载量并提升ORR催化性能的重要策略之一。有序Pt基金属间化合物的开发可以优化无序合金的电子结构,提高催化活性并抑制过渡金属溶解。本文按元素类型介绍了Pt基金属间化合物催化剂的研究进展,并总结了控制Pt基金属间化合物晶粒生长和烧结的策略。
Proton exchange membrane fuel cells have advantages such as high efficiency, cleanliness, and no pollution, and are widely regarded as a promising new energy technology. At present, carbon supported platinum (Pt/C) catalysts are the main catalysts for cathodic oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) in fuel cells, with moderate adsorption strength for fuel and oxygen molecules and good catalytic performance. However, the scarcity of Pt resources and the tendency for aggregation and deactivation limit its practical application. Alloying Pt with transition metals is one of the important strategies to reduce Pt loading and improve ORR catalytic performance. The development of ordered Pt based intermetallic compounds can optimize the electronic structure of disordered alloys, improve catalytic activity, and inhibit transition metal dissolution. This article introduces the research progress of Pt based intermetallic compound catalysts by element type, and summarizes the strategies for controlling the grain growth and sintering of Pt based intermetallic compounds.
