作为一种可编程的光波前调制器件,纯相位液晶空间光调制器(LCOS)通过控制加载在每个像素上的电压,起到对光波波前的调制作用,成为构成实时光学信息处理、光计算等信息光学系统的关键器件,正逐步取代传统的光学元件。由于其低功耗,无机械惯性,可编程性,高分辨率,衍射效率高等优点,已经广泛应用于自适应光学,多通道成像,数字全息等领域。利用LCOS的可编程特性,引入相位型菲涅耳透镜,以实现光波前调制的功能。在满足采样要求的基础上,对生成的透镜分别从透镜焦距、衍射效率和成像质量三个方面进行了测定。

Phase-only liquid crystal spatial light modulator (LCOS), as a kind of programmable light modulator, can modulate the optical wavefrontbe pixel by pixel through the external voltage. LCOS plays an important role in optical information process, and replaces the traditional optical elements gradually. Due to its low power consumption, no mechanical inertia, programmability, high resolution and high diffraction efficiency, LCOS has been widely used in adaptive optics, multi-channel imaging, dynamic holographic optical tweezers, etc. Based on the modulation curves under the different conditions, a phase Fresnel lens is loaded onto LCOS. The sampling requirement of the lens is satified, and the focal length, diffraction efficiency and imaging quality of the lens is experimentally tested respectively.
