Sampled separately from the inlet and outlet of Jila subterranean river in Liuzhou City of Guangxi, Analyzing the changes of water from August 2009 to December .It is shows that the Jila subterranean river had been contaminated, the concentration of nitrate, sulfate, Cl- and Mn in 2009 are 6.5 times,7.5 times,1.3 times and 3.1 times as that in 1960 in Jila subterranean river separately, of which the concentration of Mn in the outlet is only Ⅳ type water standards, has not directly consumed, The concentration of nitrate, Ba, Fe, Cr, is also very high. Industry,farmland fertilizer, the emissions of household sewage and waste disposal have a great contribution to groundwater pollution. Most indexes of the inlet are higher than that of the outlet. Compared with 1960, the water quality deteriorated significantly.
