以壳聚糖为模板,利用溶剂凝胶法制备负载型Ni基吸附剂,对含有噻吩的模拟汽油进行吸附脱硫实验。结果表明:没有模板剂时,其对噻吩-辛烷混合物的吸附容量为21.84 mg/g,而当混合物中存在喹啉和萘时,竞争吸附导致吸附容量显著下降至低于10 mg/g;采用壳聚糖作为模板剂制得的吸附剂,其吸附容量优于未使用模板的吸附剂,且喹啉和萘的竞争吸附对吸附容量的影响很小。研究表明,壳聚糖模板浓度是影响吸附性能的关键因素,吸附剂的还原温度影响显著。

he nickel-based sorbents were synthesized by the sol-gel method using chitosan as the template, and then desulfurization of model fuel including thiophene were studied. The results expatiated that the adsorptive capacity of the sorbent without template was 21.84 mg/g in thiophene-octane mixture but it decreased to lower than 10 mg/g in the presence of competitive quinoline and naphthalene. The adsorptive capacity of the sorbent using template was bigger than that in the absence of templat, and the competitive adsorption of the two compounts with thiophene was minor. Additionally, the increase of adsorption capacity of thiophene was much relative with the concentration of the template and the reduced temperature.
