R32/R290在水平管内凝结换热的实验研究

Experimental Study on Condensation Heat Transfer of R32/R290 mixture in Horizon Tube

本文主要对质量分数为68/32的R32/R290混合制冷工质在水平管内的凝结换热特性进行实验研究。通过搭建实验台测量了饱和温度分别为55℃、50℃、45℃、40℃,质量流速为100-250(kg/㎡os)时,R32/R290 在内径为6mm紫铜圆管内的凝结换热系数,进而分析质量流速和饱和温度对凝结换热的影响。实验结果表明随着质量流率的增加、饱和温度的减小,凝结换热系数呈增大趋势,并与工程设计中常用的水平管内制冷剂凝结换热经验公式的计算结果进行了对比分析。

In this paper, an experimental study on the condensation heat transfer coefficient using near-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures of R32/R290 with mass fraction of 68/32 has been conducted. Experimental setup is built to test the heat transfer of R32/R290 in horizon tube with ID 6mm under the mass velocity of 100-250 (kg/m2s) at 55℃, 50℃, 45℃ and 40℃ respectively, in order to analyze the influence of mass velocity and saturation temperature on condensation heat transfer. The results show that with the increase of the mass flow rate and the decrease of the saturation temperature, the condensation heat transfer coefficient increase. Finally, the resultsare also comparewith the condensation heat transfer coefficients which are calculated by the empirical formula of horizontal pipe in engineering design.
