人力资本视角下城乡老年人经济供养状况差异的影响因素分析

At the same time, our long-term urban-rural two yuan social characteristics lead to the elderly rural differences exist in the pension issue. The elderly pension issue is divided into economic and spiritual support two level, differences between urban and rural economic and spiritual support there is affected by many factors, which influence the difference of urban and rural elderly exists in human capital to the economic support of the significant difference. Based on the analysis of present situation of the elderly in urban and rural economic support, spiritual life level, found that the rural elderly common material and spiritual life level is low, the pension issue is more outstanding, analysis of the human capital situation and through education for the elderly in urban and rural level, work experience, analysis of the differences between the urban and rural elderly economic support situation from the perspective of human capital, finally get the conclusion: improving rural population education and employment opportunities, differences help reduce future urban and rural elderly pension problems of economic support etc.
