基于专利计量与可视化的中资银行专利的现状分析

With the continuous extension of financial digitalization and technicalization, patent has become one of the most important competitive factors among banks under the new situation. Patents can protect the originality of the banks' technologies and products and also provide long-term economic benefits, which makes banks maintain market core competition. Based on data of bank patents in the Patent Information Service Platform form 1985 to 2014 October 28th, the paper analyzes the general trend of patents with the framework of banks' patents analysis, which starts from points of 'quantity' and 'quality'. Then, it makes further researches of annual performance, technical field distribution, the IPC classifications and other intrinsic features of authored invention patents by using visualization tools. The essay outlines patents' characteristics and the development status of bank, in order to analyze the bank's ability of technological innovation and product development. Finally, it provides beneficial references for future studies and bank's patents strategy construction.
