Expert system for injecting steam boiler’s energy-conservation and optimization is an analyzing system about boiler’s energy-conservation and optimization though computer. It is set up based on the experts’ experience and knowledge. In this paper, the knowledge is expressed with production. And based on the knowledge’s expression, the structure of knowledge base is set up by using the knowledge of database. In order to manage the knowledge base, a management system is established. The management system can help to add、delete、inquire and check the knowledge in database.
