VB和ADAMS协同的钢丝绳动力学建模技术研究

利用VB和ADAMS两个软件协同作业的方式对钢丝绳建立动力学仿真模型,同时指出了ADAMS中钢丝绳这类大变形挠性构件建模的难点,并给出了宏命令建立钢丝绳动力学模型的方法。针对建模难点,利用 VB开发了编写钢丝绳宏命令的可视化界面,并实现了VB自动输出建模宏命令的过程。最后利用宏命令在ADAMS中建立了单摆动力学仿真模型,仿真结果验证了宏命令的正确性。本文采用VB和ADAMS协同的钢丝绳动力学建模技术为今后类似的零部件建模提供了一个很好的方向。
ollaborating with VB and ADAMS ,the steel rope dynamic model is built and this paper points out the difficulties of the steel rope modelling in the ADAMS,the modeling method by using the macro command is gived. According to the difficulties of modelling, the visual interface about writing macro command of the steel rope modeling is developed by using the VB,and the process of VB outputing the macro command is realized.At last,the simulated dynamics model of simple pendulum is built by using the macro command,the simulation result verify the truth of the macro command. This technology of steel rope modelling which collaborates with VB and ADAMS provide a good direction for dynamic modeling of the similar parts.
