微分注塑成型工艺的数值模拟与实验研究
Numerical Simulation and Experimental Study of Differential Injection Molding Technology
基于熔体微分原理的微分注塑成型机样机试制成功,针对微分注塑成型工艺开展基础性研究。借助于数值模拟方法进行制品结构优化解决微分注塑机存在的问题,并进行成型工艺参数的优化;实验研究微分注塑成型工艺的系统稳定性,注射量重复精度、出料口压力曲线用于表征成型系统的成型稳定性。结果表明,微分注塑成型工艺可以实现微型制品的高效率成型,但成型系统的稳定性问题亟待解决。
he prototype of differential injection molding machine that theoretically based on the melt differential principle have been fabricated successfully. Basic researches of differential injection molding technology are implemented. Numerical simulation method are applied to realize structural optimization for eliminating these problems that existed in the prototype, and also used for optimization of molding parameters. System stability of the novel technology are investigated through experimental study. Product repeatability and pressure curves of outlets are used to characterize the stability of molding system. Study results indicated that differential injection molding technology that based on melt gear pump can realize mass production of micro plastic products, but instability of equipment need to be removed urgently.
