FRP加固钢筒仓的有限元数值分析
Finite element analysis on steel silo reinforced with CFRP
钢筒仓的仓壁作为典型的圆柱薄壳结构,结构性能复杂,在储料荷载作用下, 容易发生“象腿”屈曲破坏。本文研究利用碳纤维增强复合材料(CFPR)板加固钢筒仓以提高筒仓的稳定性。采用数值分析方法,包括特征值屈曲分析,弹塑性屈曲分析,对CFRP加固筒仓的结构行为和稳定性进行了系统研究。
Silo wall is cylindrical thin-walled structure. Due to complicated structure performance, this structure is susceptible to elephant’s foot buckling. This paper presents a novel method of strengthening cylindrical shells against elephant’s foot buckling in which a small amount of fiber-reinforced polymer(FRP)composite, used at critical location, can effectively eliminate the problem and increase the buckling. Numerical analyses including linear eigenvalue buckling analyses and elastic-plastic eigenvalue buckling analyses are carried out to investigate the structural behavior and stability behavior of ground-supported flat-bottomed cylindrical steel silo.
