本文以孙疃煤矿7215综采工作面煤巷支护为工程背景,深入调研了工作面地质赋存条件,并以之为依据将巷道划分为不同区域。提出针对性的控制对策与控制方案,给出了具体支护参数。工程实践表明,通过高预应力支护系统,能够充分调动围岩的自稳能力,有效抑制顶板离层,对巷道开挖后的围岩变形起到了很好的控制作用,在掘进期间把巷道的围岩变形、顶板离层均控制在合理的范围之内,并为工作面回采打下基础,工业性试验取得成功。

In this paper, support of Suntuan mechanized coal mining face 7215 for the project background, in-depth investigation of the face of geological occurrence conditions, and the basis of the roadway is divided into different regions. Proposed control measures and targeted control programs, supporting parameters given in detail. Engineering practice shows that through high pretensioned stress support system that can fully mobilize thestability of surrounding rock from the ability to inhibit the roof separation, after excavation of the roadway surrounding rock deformation played a very good control role in the tunnel during excavation Of rock deformation, roof separation are within reasonable range, and lay the foundation for the mining face,the industrial test successed.
