本文采用水热法制备花状MoS2微米材料,利用已制备的MoS2作为电极构建葡萄糖生物传感器并研究其相关性能。研究表明:水热法制备的MoS2具有较好的结晶质量,呈花状,尺寸大小约为3.6μm,MoS2电极具有良好的电子传导性且电阻抗较小,使得传感器对葡萄糖具有较好的催化作用,该传感器在1mM~20mM范围内,还原峰电流与葡萄糖浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(R)为0.96528,检测限(N=5)为7.41 mM,灵敏度为0.26mA mM-1。

In this paper ,the flower-like MoS2 micrometer material was successfully achieved by hydrothermal reaction .The use of MoS2 micrometer material has been prepared as electrode to construct glucose biosensor and the research of its performance . Results indicated that MoS2 by hydrothermally synthesized had good crystallinity and a flower-like structure of ~3.6μm of in size. MoS2 electrode have good electrical conductivity and small electrical impedance,which could increase the catalytic activity of this biosensor.In the range of 1mM~20mM, the reduction peak current and glucose concentration showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient (R) was 0.96528.The limit of detection is 7.41mM(N=5) and the sensitivity is 0.26mA mM-1.
