基于ANSYS的FA型针摆传动输出机构的有限元分析
Finite element Analysis for Pin-hole-output Mechanism of FA cycloid Drive based on ANSYS
为了验证针摆传动销孔式输出机构的受力分析理论，本文在研究接触问题的基础上，采用国际上最先进的有限元分析软件ANSYS，建立了输出柱销与摆线轮销孔接触的有限元模型，对其进行了静态三维接触分析，计算结果与前人提出的销孔式输出机构有隙动态受力分析方法相吻合。
In order to validate the force analysis theory of pin-hole-output Mechanism of cycloid drive， based on studying contact problems, the FEM model of contact between the outputting pin and the pin-hole in the cycloid disk is built, and the static three-dimension contact analysis is done. at a result, proving that it is right of the former load analysis method of the pin-hole-output mechanism based on the principle of mesh with initial clearance.
