不同杂种优势群玉米自交系籽粒类胡萝卜素含量比较分析

类胡萝卜素是一类重要天然色素的总称,不仅是植物生长发育的重要物质,可以保护植物免受强光的损伤,而且对人体的健康具有重要的作用。本研究以191份玉米自交系为实验材料,通过对保定、海南两点的表型数据进行最优线性无偏估计,结果表明:玉米籽粒中的α-胡萝卜素含量范围是0.05-0.78μg/g;β-胡萝卜素含量范围是0.09-1.28μg/g;β-隐黄质含量范围是0.26-2.05μg/g;叶黄素+玉米黄质含量范围是7.27-31.62μg/g;维生素A原含量范围是0.41-3.03μg/g;总类胡萝卜素含量范围是5.52-33.59μg/g。遗传力分析发现,6种性状均表现出较高遗传力(>0.72)。对不同杂种优势群进行分析发现,所有的类胡萝卜素含量表型在不同群体中均存在显著差异,且受环境影响显著。其中P群和旅大红骨群体中各类胡萝卜素性状含量均较高,综合评价得出应重视P群和旅大红骨群体作为提高玉米类胡萝卜素含量的种质资源。综上,本研究明确了不同杂种优势群中各种类胡萝卜素含量的差异,为进一步遗传学分析和组配高类胡萝卜素含量的品种提供借鉴。
arotenoids are a general term for a class of important natural pigments, which are not only important substances for plant growth and development, but also can protect plants from strong light damage, and have important effects on human health. In this study, 191 maize inbred lines were used as experimental materials.By performing best linear unbiased prediction on phenotypic data from Baoding and Hainan, the results showed that: the range of α-carotene content is 0.05-0.78μg/g; the range of β-carotene content is 0.09-1.28μg/g; the range of β-cryptoxanthin content is 0.26-2.05μg/g; the range of lutein plus zeaxanthin content is 7.27-31.62μg/g; the range of provitamin A content is 0.41-3.03 μg/g; the range of total carotenoid content is 5.52-33.59μg/g. Heritability analysis showed that all the six traits showed high heritability (>0.72). The analysis of carotenoid content of inbred lines from different heterotic groups showed that all carotenoid content phenotypes were significantly different in different populations, and were significantly affected by the environment. The content of various carotenoid traits in the P group and the Lvda Red Cob groups is relatively high, so we should value the P group and Lvda Red Cob groups should be valued as germplasm resources to improve the carotenoid content of maize. In summary, this study investigated the levels of carotenoid content in different heterotic groups, providing reference for further genetic analysis and high carotenoid maize breeding.
