目的:探讨anisomycin对小鼠结肠癌CT26体内外生长的影响。方法:MTT检测不同时间和不同浓度anisomycin处理后CT26细胞的增殖;流式细胞术分别检测anisomycin处理后CT26细胞的生长周期以及凋亡;建立Balb/c小鼠CT26肿瘤模型,瘤内注射anisomycin,并以阿霉素作为阳性对照,观察肿瘤的生长情况。结果:anisomycin能够抑制结肠癌CT26细胞增殖, 阻止CT26细胞进入S期,导致Sub-G0/G1期细胞百分比升高,促进CT26细胞凋亡,以晚期凋亡细胞的百分比为高, 使荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤体积缩小。结论:anisomycin能够显著抑制结肠癌CT26在体内外的生长。

aim: to observe preliminary effect of anisomycin on CT26 cells in vitro and in vivo. Methods: MTT was employed to detect the proliferation of CT26 cells treated with different time and different concentrations of anisomycin. Flow cytometry was used to determine how anisomycin affects CT26 cell cycle and apoptosis. In vivo therapy was taken out to the tumor-bearing mice by intratumor injection of anisomycin or doxorubicin. Results: Anisomycin inhibited significantly CT26 cell proliferation. The CT26 cell cycle entry was mainly blocked at S-phase with the enhancement of the Sub-G0/G1-phase proportion and the CT26 cell apoptosis was increased by anisomycin. The tumor volume was reduced in the CT26-bearing mice treated with anisomycin. Conclusion: anisomycin inhibits growth of CT26 cells both in vitro and in vivo.
