本文简要论述了空间数据挖掘技术的理论方法，基于GIS强大的数据处理、可视化表达和空间分析等功能，利用空间数据挖掘技术对GIS平台进行了扩展，并应用于地质灾害的预警预报系统建设中，提高了地理信息系统的智能性，取得了较好的效果。
his paper briefly discusses the theory of spatial data mining technology, using spatial data mining technology in Geography Information System, which has powerful data processing, Visual expression and spatial analysis functions, a Geological hazards predication system is built. Some results show that the spatial data mining technology is useful, which extend the intelligence of GIS.
