感应电机断条与静态偏心复合故障的机理分析及仿真研究

转子断条是感应电机常见故障之一,而在实际情况中,断条与偏心往往是同时存在的。本文主要目的是对感应电动机复合故障(断条和静态偏心同时发生)对定子电流的影响进行理论分析和仿真研究。首先建立了感应电机的多回路理论模型,然后通过改进的绕组函数法计算感应电机复合故障下的电感参数,推导了复合故障在定子电流中生的特定谐波频率公式。结果表明,复合故障时在其定子电流中除单一断条和静态偏心的特征频率外,在基频和转子槽谐波附近还存在一系列谐波分量。最后基于Ansoft软件建立了感应电机正常和复合故障时的有限元仿真模型,通过仿真结果对理论分析进行了验证。

Rotor broken bars is one of the common faults of induction motor, but in practice, the broken bars is generally accompanied by static eccentricity. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze and simulate the influence of the composite fault (broken bars and static eccentricity exist simultaneously) of induction motor on the stator current. The multi loop theory model of induction motor is established, and the inductance parameter of induction motor is calculated by the modified winding function method. The results show that there is a series of harmonic components in the stator current of the composite fault except for a single fault section of the broken bars and static eccentricity. Based on Ansoft software, the finite element simulation model of induction motor is established. The theoretical analysis is verified by simulation results.
