变革过程中的红绿灯现象

企业往往处于病入高肓,四面楚歌,迫不得已的情况下进行变革。 至于这类型企业的变革,企业业主多会聘请专业 “外援"。学界有颇多文章探讨员工为何抵制变革及相关的对策,但却鲜有学者谈及业主本身的态度亦会左右变革的进程。须知在变革的过程中,业主仍然会在企业中扮演举足轻重的角色。任何企业绝不可能一蹴即就,在这漫长的岁月中,业主对专才的态度,时有变化,彷如交通红绿灯似的,不断转变。 笔者称这为 “变革过程中的红绿灯现象"。 虽然这讯号并不明显,但是对变革的成败,至为关键,从事变革者不可不察。
In general, unless a company gets into a deep trouble or the owner of the company in question will not appoint a company doctor. When the consultant carries out a reform, there are always ups and downs in this lengthy period of time. The owner’s attitude towards the reform, which is one of the most important determinants of the success, nevertheless, keeps changing from time to time. And, the author calls such a changing phenomenon, “Traffic-light Phenomenon".
