生态围垦评价指标体系的建立

Rapid population growth makes land shortage become a major contradiction to constrain economic development of Zhejiang Province. Beach reclamation has become an effective means to increase the land area because of the rich beach resources. However, with the development of the beach reclamation project, some of the negative impacts on the ecological environment have gradually exposed. In order to make reclamation sustainable, setting up ecological reclamation is required. To evaluate the ecological reclamation projects, it need to set up corresponding evaluation system. This paper gives indicators from the following five aspects :potential of natural resources, environmental quality, building morphology, ecological environmental protection and ecological environment construction. It uses AHP to calculate the Weights. With the integrated computing of the Weights and Indicator scores, the comprehensive evaluation index can be got.
