统一电能质量调节器H∞控制器设计研究

RESEARCH ON H∞-CONTROLLER FOR UNIFIED POWER QUALITY CONDITIONER

本文针对当前统一电能质量调节器(UPQC)控制方法鲁棒性不强的缺点,采用对电网和负载建立统一数学模型的方式,设计H∞控制器,将系统的鲁棒稳定性问题转化成标准H∞控制问题,通过求解一个线性动态输出反馈控制规律来提高系统的鲁棒性。理论分析和仿真实验结果表明,H∞控制方法能够有效地发挥UPQC综合补偿功能,对电能质量的改善可起到较好的控制效果。

In allusion to the low-robustness of Unified Power Quality Conditioner(UPQC) using routine control methods at present, this paper adopts a unified math model, which contains electric power and load, to design an H∞- controller. In this design, the robust stability problem of UPQC system is converted to a standard H∞-control problem for a linear dynamic output feedback rule. The theoretically analysis and emulation result shows, the H∞-control method can effectively carry out the synthetically compensate function of UPQC and get preferable control effect in improving power quality.
