Study on Routing Optimization for Food Cold-Chain Logistics Distribution
在现有第三方冷链物流路径优化研究的基础上建立了新的成本和约束模型,并给出了采用模拟退火算法的优化方法。模型考虑了车辆行驶速度和载重量对运输能耗的影响,区分了车辆在途和装卸阶段的制冷能耗,用指数函数而不是常数来刻画食品的变质速率。在一个算例中发现,更全面地考虑上述因素得到的配送路径与现有文献中给出的路径明显不同,前者的总成本可以减少约11%。
In light of the latest research on routing optimization for 3rd party cold chain logistics, a new model incorporating costs and constraints is proposed. A simulated anneal arithmetic is designed to approximate the optimal solution. The influence of vehicle speed and load on transport energy consumption are taken into account. The energy consumption for cooling when en routing is differentiated from that when docking. Food deteriorating rate is depicted with an exponential function instead of a constant. A numerical experiment shows that after scrutinize the aforementioned factors, new optimal routes are found. The new routes are distinctly different from those found in a previous study. The total cost could cut for about 11% if follow the new ones.
