基于物联网平台的液位控制系统设计与实现

液位是工业生产过程中最常见、最重要的被控变量之一,受到广泛重视。目前的液位控制系统大多采用传统的有线控制,具有布线复杂、信号抗干扰能力弱、高成本、难以升级维护等问题。本文以工业控制、无线射频、物联网的角度为出发点,利用Arduino和树莓派开源平台,设计并实现一套完整的无线物联网液位控制系统,可以解决传统液位控制系统具有的缺点,并加入物联网平台实时监测、异常报警等功能,具有低成本、多功能、低功耗、高精度、稳定性优良等优点。
Liquid Level is one of the most common and important controlled variables in Industrial processes and receives widespread attention. Present liquid level control systems are almost based on traditional wired control, and have many disadvantages such as complex wiring, weak capability of resisting disturbance of signal, high cost, difficulty to Upgrade and maintain. This paper designs and implements a completed wireless liquid level control systeDesign and Implementation of Liquid Level Control System Based on Arduinom using oDesign and Implementation of Wireless Liquid Level Control System Based on Arduinopen source platforms of Arduino and Raspberry basDesign and Implementation of Wireless Liquid Level Control System Based on Arduino Using Internet of Thinged on technology of industrial control, RFID(RFID , radio frequency identification) and IoT (IoT, Internet of Thing). Designed wireless liquid level control system can solve the disadvantages of traditional wired control, adds functions of real time monitoring and abnormity warning, and has the advantages of low cost, multi-function, low power consumption, high accuracy, and excellent stability.
