番茄根霉果腐病原菌拮抗菌的筛选及拮抗机理研究
Screening of antagonistic strain against hizopus nigricans Ehrenb and study on mechanism of antagonism
为防治番茄根霉果腐病,筛选出一株对该病原菌有高效拮抗作用的微生物并研究其拮抗机理。对土壤中的微生物进行番茄果实体内和体外的抗性筛选,得到一株对番茄根霉果腐病原菌有高效拮抗作用的微生物⑤12.3。经过初步鉴定,⑤12.3为一株假单胞菌。番茄果实果腐病菌接种试验表明拮抗菌⑤12.3处理可100%抑制果实发病,且对叶霉病也有抑制作用。菌株次生代谢产物的验证表明⑤12.3自身可产生苯丙氨酸解氨酶和几丁质酶。用⑤12.3处理后番茄果实抗性相关酶POD、PPO的活性分别提高到原来的2.9和2.2倍。由此可见,假单胞菌⑤12.3对番茄根霉果腐病原菌有高效的拮抗作用,并且它的拮抗作用是由多种机制共同调节的。
In order to control hizopus nigricans Ehrenb,one strain antagonistic (⑤12.3) to hizopus nigricans Ehrenb which obtained from soil was obtained,mechanism of antagonism was studied.After the in vivo and in vitro experiment,one strain antagonistic (⑤12.3) to hizopus nigricans Ehrenb which obtained from soil was obtained. Based on the phenotypic characteristic and physiochemical experiment,⑤12.3 was identified as Pseudomona ssp primarily.Tomato inoculated with ⑤12.3 can inhibit hizopus nigricans Ehrenb completely as well as Fulviafulva (Cooke) Cifer.Based on the identification of microorganism metabolism production,⑤12.3 could produce antibiotic substances like PAL and chitinous by itself.After inoculated with ⑤12.3,tomato’s POD activity and PPO activity increase to 2.9 times and 2.2 times.The results showed that ⑤12.3 is a effective antagonistic bacteria.It’s antibacterial mechanism was multiplicate.
