混凝土孔隙结构与氯离子扩散性

混凝土内部孔隙特征对混凝土材料的各种物理、力学性能都有重要影响。了解混凝土孔隙的形成、特性等影响因素,便可采取措施降低孔隙率,提高混凝土的密实性,找到提高混凝土材性的正确途径。进而找到孔隙特征与各种不利因素之间的关系,对混凝土耐久性的研究具有重要意义。本文通过分析混凝土孔隙结构特征和氯离子扩散性的关系,得出氯离子在混凝土中的扩散性与混凝土孔隙结构的分布以及孔隙连通性密切相关的结论。并且通过实验验证了氯离子扩散系数分别与代表孔隙分布规律的各级孔隙率和代表孔隙连通性的孔隙体积存在着相关性较高的线性关系。
here is a significant impact for a variety of physical and mechanical properties as a result of the pore characteristic. After making out the influence factors of concrete pore structure, we could take measures to reduce the porosity to improve the density of concrete and find right ways to improve the property of concrete material. It is significant for research on durability of concrete to find the relationship between the pore characteristics and the various unfavorable factors. In this study, the relationship between chloride diffusivity and pore characteristic, which include pore size distribution and connectivity of pores, was obtained. That is to say, a good correlation between the porosity and the diffusion coefficient of concrete has been determined and the total intrusion pore volume is linearly related to the diffusion coefficient of concrete, both of which were proven right.
