基于ANSYS的客车车架谐响应分析
Harmonic Response Analysis of Bus Frame Base on ANSYS
采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对车架进行模态分析,求解得出了前10阶振型及固有频率。运用1/4车辆振动模型,建立了系统的振动微分方程并求解得到车架在不平整路面上行驶时所受到的简谐变化的动荷载,得到了车架容易发生共振的频率,为该车架的结构优化提供了理论依据和指导。
dopt finite element analysis software of ANSYS to analyze modal of bus frame,carrying out the first 10 steps natural frequency resonance and vibration type. Using mode of two-degree-of-freedom vehicle vibration sets up system’s movement differential equation and works out harmonic change dynamic loads on the undulate pavement,conducted to the bus frame‘s resonance frequency. It provided one helpful method for vehicle frame structure optimization.
