不同消化液对PK-15细胞的影响
he Effect of the Different Digestive Solutions on PK-15 Cells
试验旨在比较0.25%、0.15%、0.10%、0.05%的胰蛋白酶和0.05%胰蛋白酶-0.53mmol/L EDTA•4Na溶液消化PK-15细胞的情况，观察PK-15细胞的增殖和传代效果，以确定不同消化液对PK-15细胞的消化效果。试验结果表明：0.05%胰蛋白酶-0.53mmol/L EDTA•4Na溶液对PK-15细胞的消化效果最好，并且消化后细胞的生长情况也是最好的。
It was discussed that the digestive effect of the 0.25%.0.15%.0.10% and 0.05% different concentrations of Trypsin and 0.05% Trypsin-0.53mmol/L EDTA•4Na solution by observing the effect of the PK-15 cells’ multiplication and passage in the experiment. The result showed that the digestive effect of 0.05% Trypsin -0.53mmol/L EDTA•4Na solution was best and the growth of the digestive cells was also best.
