水分胁迫下紫花苜蓿的水分利用效率
Water use efficiency of three alfalfa varieties under water stress
采用盆栽实验,测定了光合(Pn)、蒸腾(Tr)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔密度和稳定碳同位素组成(δ13C)等,探讨3个紫花苜蓿品种在水分胁迫下的水分利用效率(WUE)的变化。结果显示,陇东和新疆大叶叶片WUE在50%水分胁迫下最高,在75%下最低,而阿尔冈金则相反;以日为尺度,在25%水分胁迫下WUE最高,在其他水分处理下的WUE日变化有品种间差异;Pn/Ci随水分胁迫增加而下降,而气孔密度上升;δ13C值也随水分胁迫的增加而增加。上述结果表明,水分胁迫可提高紫花苜蓿水分利用效率,但品种间有差异;气孔因素和叶片羧化效率共同影响紫花苜蓿的水分利用。
his study was aimed to investigate water use efficiency of alfalfa under water stress. The physiological changes in photosynthesis, transpiration, stomata density and carbon isotope composition of three alfalfa varieties were measured at three soil water levels in a greenhouse pot experiment. The results showed that water stress could to some extent enhance water use efficiency of alfalfa, but different responses were also observed among varieties. In addition, it suggested that stomatal regulation and leaf carboxylation efficiency would play roles together in modulating water use efficiency of alfalfa.
