结合原N330柴油机有凸轮线型的计算分析,在保持原有柴油机的动力性能等的基础上,利用建立的进气部分运动学与动力学模型,采用AVL-Tycon软件中三种凸轮型线设计方法,进行凸轮型线优化设计,最后综合分析比较,寻求最佳的的一组凸轮型线结果,并将结果导入动力学模型中验证其动力学特性。
he cam profile of a N330 diesel engine is optimized with three cam profile design methods based on AVL-Tycon software, which should combine with the calculation and analysis of the original cam profile and maintain the original dynamic performances of the diesel engine. Then, the best cam profile is sought based on a comprehensive analysis and comparison of three optimization results. And finally, the best cam profile result should be introduced into the dynamic model to verify its dynamic characteristics.
