目的:观察活血通脉利水明目之散血明目片对实验性视网膜静脉阻塞兔HSP70表达的影响。 方法:采用激光光凝视网膜中央静脉造模法制造兔视网膜静脉阻塞模型,采用免疫组化法观察兔视网膜组织中热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的表达。结果:散血明目片能明显增强实验性视网膜静脉阻塞兔视网膜组织中HSP70的表达。结论:活血通脉利水明目之散血明目片对实验性视网膜静脉阻塞有保护作用,其机制可能与HSP70表达增强有关。

Objective: To observe the effect of SanXue MingMu Tablet(SXMMT) that can activating blood, relieving meridians, eliminating dampness and dissipating stagnation on expression of Heat Shock Protein70(HSP70) in rabbits with retinal vein occlusion. Method:The experimental retinal vein occlusion was made by laser photocoagulation, and to observe the expression of HSP70 in the retina of rabbits by immunohistochemistry. Results: SXMMT could significantly increase the expression of HSP70 in the retina of rabbits with RVO. Conclusion: SXMMT had protective effect on experimental RVO of rabbits. And its mechanism may be related with stimulating the expression of HSP70 in the retina.
