近五年中医药干预糖尿病前期的临床研究分析

目的：了解中医药对糖尿病前期干预的研究状况，搞清基线。方法：通过计算机和手工检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中文全文期刊数据库(CNKI)、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)，发表时间限定“2004-2008”。检索词为糖尿病前期，糖耐量低减，空腹血糖受损，糖调节受损，中医药，中成药。结果：共纳入28篇文献，按照试验设计类型分为治疗组与空白对照组、治疗组与阳性对照组以及三组间比较，进行归类分析。结论：中医药在干预糖尿病前期、预防糖尿病上确有一定疗效。
Objective: to understand of pre-diabetes clinical research in traditional Chinese medicine, to gain a clear baseline. Methods: Researchers searched CBM, CNKI and VIP database, using keywords “pre-diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance, impaired fasting glucose, impaired glucose regulation, traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese patent medicine \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\", from 2004 to 2008. Results: Twenty-eight articles were identified and included in the study, according to the type of the design of research is divided into the comparison of treatment group and normal control group, treatment group and positive control group, the three groups, then to classified analysis. Conclusions: There is a certain effect in pre-diabetes and diabetes prevention using traditional Chinese medicine.
