一种渣油催化剂的加氢反应唯象动力学模型的建立及其失活分析
Phenomenological Kinetic Equation Established about a Residuum
本文以印尼减压渣油为原料,依据其在某种工业催化剂上的6000小时运转评价数据,讨论并建立了该催化剂加氢反应的唯象动力学模型。并依据该模型分别对于该催化剂的加氢脱硫 (hydrodesulfurization,HDS)反应,加氢脱残碳(hydrodecarbonresidue, HDCRR) 反应以及加氢脱钒 (hydrodevanadium,HDV) 反应的动力学行为进行分析。同时通过相关模型外推的方式获取在几种不同反应温度条件下以上三种反应的催化剂失活时间即催化剂寿命。并依据相关运转数据以及所建立的动力学唯象模型对该催化剂的失活进行分析。
In this paper, a Phenomenological Kinetic Equation was Established and discussed, which based the operating data with 6000 houres on a specific catalyst .At the same, a analysis of the behavior about hydrodesulfurization, hydrodecarbonresidue and hydrodevanadium was carried out according to the Phenomenological Kinetic Equation. Through extrapolation of the Phenomenological Kinetic Equation, age of catalyst was computed in several reactant temperatures. The discussion of deactivation was marched in terms of the operating data and the phenomenological kinetic equation established.
