静息细胞转化衣康酸的研究

综利用衣康酸为唯一碳源,从150株海洋细菌中筛选出一株衣康酸利用优势菌株:bsf4.5。以衣康酸为底物进行细胞催化,获取它们的静息细胞。然后利用薄层层析,高效液相以及等技术对催化产物进行进行分析。分析结果表明利用静息细胞转化衣康酸有新物质产生。静息细胞bsf4.5对衣康酸的转化率为73.78%。
In this paper,In this paper,utilizing itaconic acid as sole carbon source, one predominant strains were isolated from 150 marine bacteria: bsf4.5. Using itaconic acid as a substrate,the resting cells were obtained by Cell catalytic. The thinlayer chromatography, high performance liquid were used to analysis the catalysate. The result showed that new substances were producted by resting cells .The conversion rate of itaconic acid by resting cells bsf4.5 was 73.78% .
