为使 DA7200 近红外仪在小麦品质分析、种质资源评价和品质育种中广泛应用,本研究利用DA7200 近红外仪和国标化学法分别对 20 个小麦品种的蛋白质含量、吸水率、面筋含量、形成时间和稳定时间进行检测,结果表明,DA7200 近红外仪分析与国标化学法的相关系数为 0.7075(蛋白质含量)、0.9784(吸水率)、0.7805(面筋含量)、0.9648(形成时间)和 0.9209(稳定时间),表明 DA7200 近红外仪分析与国标化学法相关性好、准确性高;DA7200 近红外仪检测值的相对标准偏差为 0.035(蛋白含量)、0.006(吸水率)、0.010(面筋含量)、0.068(形成时间)和 0.030(稳定时间),表明 DA7200 近红外分析仪对样品的检测一致性好、重复性高;并且 DA7200 近红外仪还具有操作简便、快速高效的特点。

In order to widely apply the DA7200 near infrared apparatus in the analysis of wheat quality, idioplasm resource apprsise and the character breeding, the PC,WA,WG,DT and ST of 20 wheat varieties were tested by national standard chemistry method and :near infrared apparatus analyze method.The results showed that the correlative coefficient(ρ) of two method is 0.7075(PC),0.9784(WA),0.7805(WG)and 0.9648(DT)and 0.9209(ST).which showed that there two method are basically in agreement to test wheat guality.The relative standard deviation(RSD) of near infrared spectroscopy is 0.035(PC),0.006(WA),0.010(WG),0.068(DT)and 0.030(ST),which showed :near infrared spectroscopy technology has good repeatability. and DA 7200 near infrared apparatus had characteristic of simple, rapid and higher efficiency.
