苯并噻唑脲类化合物8可以通过中间体7和取代胺在微波反应条件下得到。目标化合物8通过核磁共振氢谱,液质连用质谱,元素分析和单晶衍射的数据来确认。苯并噻唑脲类化合物具有较低的除草活性和杀虫活性,但是具有一定的杀菌活性。其中有些化合物具有较好的植物生长调节作用。
In this paper, the benzothiazole urea compounds 8 were synthesized by reaction intermediate 7 with substituted amino compounds under microwave radiation. The structures of the title compounds 8 were characterized by 1HNMR, LC-MS, elemental analysis and X-ray data. The results of the biological activities of the title compounds indicate that the title compounds have low herbicidal and insecticidal activities, but good fungicidal activities. Some of them have good plant growth regulation activities.
