基于主观感知的视频跳帧算法
Video Frame-skipping Transcoding based content-aware
由于终端设备、通信网络的异构性,视频服务需要提供跳帧转码的功能,而跳帧会造成一些关键帧的丢失而带来视觉抖动。在本文中,针对人类视觉特性(HVS),提出了一种基于主观感知的跳帧转换编码算法。首先根据目标信道带宽和目标码率获得滑动窗的长度,然后通过建立视觉关注度模型计算各视频帧的重要度进行跳帧选择,最后对保留帧重新编码得到新的视频流。仿真结果表明,本文的跳帧算法能保留更多的关键帧,可以减少视觉抖动,获得更好的视觉质量。
In this paper, a frame-skipping transcoding algorithm based on visual model is proposed for solving the Heterogeneous network environments. The proposed method joint considers motion information and color contrast values as the frame complexity to measure whether a frame should be skipped or not by the visual attention model. Experiment result show that our algorithm can choose more significant frames to avoid the jerky effect. Therefore, our proposed method can achieve the better visual quality.
