PbSe胶体量子点红外LED的探究
Reserch of PbSe quantum dot-based infrared light-emitting diodes
红外荧光量子点LED在军事和民用上都有着广泛的应用。合成的PbSe胶体量子点用于与GaN LED结合制作了两种形态的胶体量子点近红外LED,一种是传统的固态粉末PbSe量子点旋涂于GaN蓝光LED上;另一种是利用石英玻璃半球储存液态PbSe量子点,再与GaN LED 结合。测试了两类器件在不同量子点浓度下的外量子效率并进行对比。实验得到液态量子点有较好的特性,最高的外量子效率能达到 4.91%。由于固态量子点的非辐射复合及俄歇复合对量子点发光的影响,得出液态是储存量子点的最好状态,也是对器件光学性质最好的形态。
Infrared light-emitting diodes (LEDs) have been widely used for military and civilian. PbSe quantum dots prepared were combined with GaN LED and produced two type near-infrared LED, one is the traditional solid powder PbSe quantum dot spin-coated on GaN blue LED; the other is the use of quartz glass dome to storage liquid PbSe quantum dots. Both devices were tested external quantum efficiency (EQE) under different concentration, the two result also be compared. Liquid QDs LED have good properties, the maximum external quantum efficiency can reach 4.91%. Due to non-radiative recombination and Auger recombination, liquid-state QDs LED obtained the best to store quantum dots, the optical properties of the device is the best form.
