计及备用成本的高品质风电并网运行策略
Scheduling strategy for high quality wind power integration considering reserve cost
针对风电功率不确定问题,通过对风电功率预测误差的概率密度函数进行分析,本文提出了风电出力保障率以及保障功率的概念,并将其应用于风电品质分级。为减小不确定风电并网给系统带来的调节负担,根据风电品质分级结果,构建了高品质风电并网调度模型。模型考虑了高品质并网风电不确定波动区间,并制定合理的品质分级方案,在不减小可靠性的前提下降低了系统备用成本,从而提高了系统的经济性。通过对修订后的IEEE30节点算例系统进行仿真分析,计算了不同保障率下高品质风电并网运行结果,验证了本方案的可靠性和有效性。研究结果可为大规模风电并网策略提供方法。
For the problem of wind power uncertainty, the concept of wind powerguarantee rate and guaranteed power is proposed by analyzing the probability density function of forecasting error of wind power, and applied to wind power quality classification.In order to reduce the regulation burden imposed by uncertain wind power integrated, a high-quality wind power integration dispatch model was constructed based on the results of wind power quality classification.The model considers the uncertain fluctuation range of high-quality wind power integrated. By formulating a reasonable quality grading scheme, the system\'s operating costs can be reduced without compromising the reliability, thus improving the system\'s economic efficiency.Through the simulation analysis of the revised IEEE30 node example system, the operationresults of high-quality wind power integrated under different guarantee rates were calculated, and the effectiveness of the scheme was verified. The research results provide a method for large-scale wind power integrated strategies.
