某车企工程试装申请流程优化研究

面对日益复杂的3C(Customer、Competition、Change)环境,越来越多的企业选择通过数字化转型来提高整体竞争力。针对汽车行业某公司在数字化转型建设中发现的工程试装申请流程审批流冗余、覆盖面不足、表单不统一、自动化程度不足等问题,提出一种基于ASME法与ESIA法相结合的工程试装申请流程优化方案--通过ASME法识别非增值业务活动,ESIA法清除、简化、整合和自动化等环节优化工程试装申请流程。优化后的流程经试运行后,业务流转更加高效,管理更加科学规范,有效提高了该公司工程试装申请的效率。

Facing the increasingly complex 3C (customer, competition, change) environment, more and more enterprises choose to improve their overall competitiveness through digital transformation. In view of the problems found in the digital transformation construction of an automobile industry company, such as redundant approval process, insufficient coverage, inconsistent forms and insufficient automation, proposes an optimization scheme for engineering trial assembly application process based on the combination of ASME method and ESIA method, which the application process of engineering trial run through the identification of non-value-added business activities by ASME method and the elimination, simplification, integration and automation of ESIA method. After the optimized process is put into trial operation, the business flow is more efficient and the management is more scientific and standardized, which effectively improves the efficiency of the company\'s engineering trial run application.
