大冶铁矿地下采区分段储量的计算及实践

无底柱分段崩落法在金属矿山中得到广泛应用。这些矿山普遍采用水平断面法计算分层储量,以分层储量来对生产分段进行储量管理。本文根据多年的实践,提出分段储量的概念,以大冶铁矿龙洞矿体为例,详细介绍了分段储量的计算方法,并对计算误差进行了对比分析。采用分段储量计算方法可以减少计算工作量,缩短计算周期,提高储量的可靠程度,有利于指导采矿生产,给矿山损失贫化计算和储量的动态管理提供很大的便利。可供同类矿山参考。
Pillarless sublevel caving is widely applied in metal mines. These mines generally calculate stratified extractable reserve with horizontal cross-section method, and actualize reserves management with stratified extractable reserve in production sublevels. based on many years of experience,in the article author bring forward the concept of sublevel extractable reserve,introduce detailedly,Longdong ore body Daye iron mine for example,the calculation method of sublevel extractable reserve,compare and analyse computational error. Taking advantage of the method can reduce the computational workload, short the calculation cycle and improve the degree of reliability of extractable reserve,be propitious to guide the mining production,advantage large calculation of ore loss and dilutio,the dynamic reserves management.it can supply references to similar mines.
