含颗粒横射流流动结构和颗粒分布特征的实验研究
Experimental Investigation on the Flow Structure and Particle Distribution Characteristics of Particle-Laden Transverse Jet
本文采用激光粒子动态分析仪(PDA)对液固两相横射流的流场结构和颗粒分布特性进行了详细的实验测量。实验测量得到了不同流速比R条件下(R=2~10),液固两相在不同区域内的平均速度、湍流度和颗粒浓度分布。实验结果表明在本文典型实验条件下(相对水深H/d=20,流速比R=6),颗粒(平均粒径d为70微米)对近区流场结构没有明显影响;而射流与环境横流相互作用所诱导的大尺度涡结构对颗粒分布具有重要的影响,其中近区范围内剪切层涡的形成和演化对射流偏转段颗粒分布的不均匀性起主导作用,颗粒富集在射流剪切层区域,随着流向距离x/d的增大,由于射流主体的横向扩展和卷吸作用,颗粒浓度的不均匀分布范围随之增大,到远区逐渐扩展至整个水深范围。
he flow structure and particle distribution characteristics of particle-laden transverse jet were experimentally investigated in detail by means of PDA measurement. The mean velocity, turbulence intensity and particle concentration profiles of both phases in various regions were obtained under the experimental conditions of the different velocity ratios R (R=2~10). The experimental results indicate that in the typical experimental run under consideration (H/d=20, R=6), the particles with the mean diameters d=0.07mm have no appreciable effect on the flow structure in near region, whereas the large-scale vortical structures induced by the interaction between the jet and ambient crossflow play an important role in the particle distribution, among which the shear layer vortices, during their formation and evolution, dominate the nonuniformity of the particle distribution in the jet deflection zone within the near region. The preferential accumulation of the particles in the shear layer regions occurs, and with the increasing streamwise distances x/d, the range of the nonuniform particle distribution is consequently expanded to the overall water depth in far region due to the lateral spread and entrainment.
