大学生学业成绩性别差异测度指标设计及运用

学业成绩是测度学生学习水平的最重要指标，近年来有学者发现大学生的学业成绩出现性别差异现象。本文设计了用于测度学业成绩性别差异的指标，并对一个管理学科的样本进行了运用，计算结果较好的反映了此样本学生群体学业成绩的性别差异状况，并发现了大学生学业成绩性别差异的三大特征。
Study achievement is the most important index that measures students’ study . Some academician ，recent years，find that there is sexual difference phenomenon of undergraduate study achievement．This paper design a index to measure sexual difference of study achievement ，and use it to analysis a case in management field ，the result show the difference well ．At the same time ，we find three characteristics of the difference．
