相变材料微胶囊及其节能建筑应用
MicroPCMs and their Application in the Energy Saving Building
相变材料微胶囊是一种含有相变材料的微小容器,由囊壁和囊芯组成,其应用包括建筑、热流体、纺织服装等多个领域。本文综述了相变材料微胶囊的建筑应用情况,从微胶囊种类及价格,目前产品开发状况,建筑应用情况,预计成本及节能环保实施情况做了充分调查,采用添加有相变材料微胶囊的建筑材料结合其他技术建造的节能建筑的用油量相当于普通建筑的1/7,二氧化碳排放量减少为原来的15~30%。
Microencapsulated phase change materials are tiny particles which are composed of cores and shells. They have been applied in energy saving building, heat-flow and smart textiles for decades. The development and application of Micronal?PCM of BASF are summerized in the article including category, price, currently development condition, building application circumstance, estimated cost, energy conservation and environment protection effect. The consumption of fuel oil of the energy saving building is one seventh of the original. The release amount of carbon dioxide is reduced to 15-30% of the original.
