本文提出了一种基于全双极型工艺数字控制MOCCCII(多输出第二代电流控制电流传输器)的实现电路。文中详细的分析了DCB(数字控制模块)的实现原理,并给出相应实验结果。DCB与MOCCCII结合,使该电路具有频率响应可以通过外部数字电路编程控制、频带宽、电流传输精度高、易于实现且成本低廉的特点,为了验证理论,用数控MOCCCII实现一个带通滤波器。

Realization scheme structure with bipolar transistor of digital-control MOCCCII(Second generation current control current conveyor with multiple output )circuit is presented.In this paper,the principle of DCB(digital control block)has be analyzed in detail and experiment on circuit is conducted.DCB combine with MOCCCII make this circuit system’s frequency response can be programmed with external digital circuit,And this circuit has wide frequency bandwidth,high voltage and current transfer accuracy,simple structure, and it is easy to be realized with low cost.For verify the theoretical analysis,a digital-control MOCCCII band-pass filter has be presented.
