中国大学生心理资本量表的编制
he Development of Chinese College Students' Psychological Capital Scale
本研究采用质性分析和量性分析相结合的方式研究大学生心理资本结构和测量方法。研究先后共以649名在校大学生为被试,在文献阅读、开放式问卷和访谈的基础上,通过项目分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析等方法,得到以下结果:本土大学生心理资本由冷静、自强、乐观、希望、自信、求知欲、助人为乐和友善8个维度构成,所编制的量表所有项目难度值在0.57-0.82之间,区分度通过0.05显著性水平,各分量表和总量表信度为在0.708-0.821之间,与核心自我评价、大学生生活满意度两效标之间的相关分别为0.531和0.489。
By combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, an research about the structure and measurement of Chinese college students' psychological capital has been put out. The research successively investigated 649 college students , and based on literature studies, open style questionnaire, interview, by the methods of item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, the reaearch found that: Chinese college students' psychological capital structure contains eight dimensions, that is , calmness, self-improvement, optimism, hope, confidence, curiosity, helpfulness and kindness. The difficulty of the items is between 0.57 and 0.82, the discrimination has passed the 0.05 significant level, the reliability of the scale is between 0.708-0.821, and the correlations with core self-evaluation and life satisfaction of college students are 0.531 and 0.489.
