乙腈与水的体积比对SDBS掺杂PPY的微观形貌与性能的影响
Effect of volume ratio of acetonitrile to water on the morphology and property of SDBS doped polypyrrole prepared by chemical oxidation method
以FeCl3为氧化剂,十二烷基苯磺酸酸钠(SDBS)为掺杂剂,乙腈和水作为反应溶剂,通过化学氧化聚合法制备了一系列的PPY产物,重点研究了乙腈与水的体积比(腈水比)对PPY微观形貌与性能的影响。SEM、FT-IR等分析结果表明:在不使用乙腈的时候,PPY以乳液聚合方式生成,产物为不规则的颗粒状结构,且同时伴有吸附有SDBS的低聚物的糊状产物;在反应体系中加入乙腈后,随着腈水比从1: 9增加到3: 7,PPY的微观形貌的规整性增加;当腈水比进一步增大到3: 7~5: 5之间时,得到的聚吡咯呈明显的颗粒状,且颗粒大小随着乙腈含量的增加而减小;当腈水比增大到6: 4时,得到的PPY产物中同时具有膜状和颗粒状两种结构。在使用了乙腈的反应条件下,合成出的PPY产物的产量随着腈水比的增大而逐渐减少。对所制备的系列PPY产物的电导率的研究结果表明,当腈水比从0:10增大到2: 8时,产物的电导率随着腈水比的增加而增大;而随着腈水比在3: 7~6: 4范围内的进一步增大,PPY产物的电导率又表现出逐渐降低的规律。
serie of PPY was synthesized by chemical oxidation method in the ice bath with using pyrrole monomer as reactants, FeCl3 as oxidant, SDBS as dopant, and the mixture solution of water and acetonitrile as reaction solvent. The as-prepared products were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, SEM etc, and their conductivities were investigated in detail. Through the above studies, the following conclusions are got: when volume ratio of acetonitrile to water increases from 0:10 to 3:7, the morphology of PPY becomes more and more regular. And its average diameter decreases with the increase of volume ratio of acetonitrile to water in the range of 3:7 to 5:5. However, the film-shaped PPY appears in the products and the average particle size decreases when volume ratio of acetonitrile to water reaches 6:4. The yield of PPY decreases when the volume ratio of acetonitrile to water increases. Furthermore, the conductivity of the PPY product is investigated in detail. When volume ratio of acetonitrile to water increases between 0:10 to 2:8, the conductivity of PPY increases. However, the conductivity decreases with the further increase of volume ratio of acetonitrile to water in the range of 3:7 to 6:4.
