心肌梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证的代谢组学研究
Study on the metabolic syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis in the recovery phase of myocardial infarction
本研究通过心肌梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证代谢组学特征谱的研究,从系统生物学角度探讨心肌梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证的微观基础,研究结果显示心肌梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证较健康对照组溶血磷脂酰胆碱,亚油酸、花生四烯酸、鞘氨醇类物质的代谢水平均下调,可以说明心肌梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证患者可能存在能量代谢、磷脂代谢、脂肪酸代谢紊乱。
hrough the spectrum research of the debility blood stasis syndrome of myocardial infarction convalescence metabolomics characteristics, this paper analyzes the deficiency of systems biology from blood stasis syndrome of micro basis. The research results show that the debility blood stasis syndrome of CHD had significantly lower levels compared with lysophospholipids choline, linoleic acid,arachidonic acid, scabbard ammonia alcohols material, which can explain the debility blood stasis syndrome of CHD patients existing energy metabolization,phospholipids metabolic, fatty acid metabolism disorders.
