这篇文章主要讨论了冷推弯工艺中不同类型的芯棒对L形空心构件尺寸、壁厚、截面尺寸、弯曲半径的影响。通过优化有限元模型的边界和接触条件,提高数值模拟的效率。基于有限元模拟结果,成功地实施矩形截面管冷推弯试验。实验结果表明,应用低熔点合金作为芯棒得到的L形弯管的成形质量最好。
his paper mainly discusses the effects of different forms of mandrel on the cold push-bending of L-shaped hollow parts based on the condition that the size of tube, wall thickness, cross-sectional dimensions, bend radius. The boundary and contact conditions of this process were optimized to improve the efficiency of numerical simulation. Cold push-bending experiments of rectangular cross-section tubes were conducted successfully based on the finite-element simulation results. The experimental results showed that the formability and quality of L-shaped tubes are the excellent when the low-melting-point-alloy mandrel was used as the flexible mandrel.
